Sanjiv is an entrepreneur at heart. He started his professional journey with a nuclear consulting company in the US. After spending six productive years in the organization and achieving several milestones, he returned to India to pursue his dream of starting something of his own. Although his initial venture failed, he took the learnings to his next engagement at Jindal SAW, where his entrepreneurial zeal soon saw him spearhead an idea, which over the ensuing two decades has turned into one of India’s leading process management and software development organizations, JindalX (formerly known as Jindal Intellicom).

Sanjiv, by his own admission, is a person who ‘cannot sit still’. Over the last two decades, while he was building up JindalX, he was also busy setting up an iron ore mine, a 2 million MT/year beneficiation plant, a 10 million liter per day STP for the city of Bhilwara and a 1.2 MMT/year palletization plant. He also serves as a Director at iCom Analytics Limited, Keystone Mines Pvt. Ltd. and Quality Iron and Steel Ltd. Sanjiv completed B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and M.Sc. in Engineering from Northwestern University, USA.

Sanjiv believes strongly in making a difference, not just in the business world but also as a philanthropist. He was part of the founding team of Sarla Memorial Govt. College for Girls at Safidon, Kali Ram DAV School and Pardada Pardadi Education Society at Anupshahr, Uttar Pradesh.

Mandavi is the force behind a collaborative and high-performance culture at JindalX. She leads client engagements, manages client teams and also brings significant experience in managing large analytics and services based projects. She firmly believes that ‘people centricity’ is at the core of the four values at JindalX and one that binds all the others together. She inspires her team to focus on continuous learning and self-development, and drives them towards pursuit of excellence in whatever they do.

Mandavi has a Masters in Business Administration and a B.Sc. in Statistics.

Madhav heads new projects in the emerging fields of Big Data, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics at JindalX. With experience in equity derivatives pricing at UBS, private wealth management at Credit Suisse and financial risk consulting at PwC, Madhav is skilled at extracting critical insight from raw data. He recently launched Auction-it (www.auctionit.in), Jindal X’s solution that connects buyers and sellers of secondary metal material and scrap, and is leading its growth efforts.

Ajay is the go-to person for everything related to Finance at JindalX. He has over 24 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Secretarial Practices, Legal and Strategic Management. Ajay joined JindalX in 2003 after stints at Onida Savak, Avery India and Summit Information Technologies.

Ajay is a Post Graduate in Commerce and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

Vijay leads the IT, networking, and telecom teams at JindalX. Having worked with telecom brands such as Unitel, Tata Telecom and Servion, Vijay joined JindalX in 2001. Over his 25+ years of professional career, he has delivered important projects for Indian Defence, GE, Arthur Anderson, SBI, ICICI and many others.

Vijay has a B.S. in Electronics and Communications Engineering.

Manoj drives business development initiatives at JindalX, including sales, transition, key account management and business strategy. He has over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and setting up BPO services. He headed development of one of our recently launched products, “Influens” – a solution for the Digital Out-Of-Home advertising market. Prior to joining JindalX in 2004, Manoj worked at Hutchison Max Telecom (now Vodafone) and Cellit (now Aspect Software).

Manoj has a Masters in Business Administration (Finance & Systems) and B.S. in Engineering.

Vijayshree leads the HR function across all divisions at JindalX.

Vijayshree is a highly accomplished HR professional with 23 years of diverse work experience dedicated to providing human resource leadership for small and large corporations. She has excelled in multiple HR leadership assignments in various industry segments like Aviation, NGO, ITES, and eCommerce.

Chitra leads the Training and Quality functions at JindalX.

Chitra has over two decades of experience in managing training, transactional quality, talent development, capability building, and career development needs of large business units for organizations.

She specializes in linking competencies to skill development programs and designing and developing learning frameworks across levels within the organization by engaging with business and providing a value proposition.
