    Job Description:

    Experience: –

    – 5+ years of experience in Ecommerce Brand management

    – Atleast 5 years of hands-on experience with online marketplaces like Amazon & Flipkart

    – Must have worked with and scaled B2C brands to multi-crore revenue level in past

    – Should have worked with both Ecom. agencies and D2C brands.

     

    Location: This is a full-time work-from-office (WFO) opportunity and the candidate will have to operate from our Fort, Mumbai office.

    Working days: Monday to Saturday

    Shift timings: 10 AM – 7 PM IST Compensation: 12 – 18 LPA (depends on experience and expertise)

     

    Responsibilities:

    · Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brand/project. Build and maintain strong understanding the brand's goals, objectives, and requirements. Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and identifying opportunities to enhance brand presence and sales performance.

    · Ecommerce Platform Management: Oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of product listings on various ecommerce platforms. Ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory management to maximize sales potential.

    · P&L Management: Manage, track and report P&L performance at brand, category, and product level.

    · Sales and Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze ecommerce sales performance, key metrics, and market trends. Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to improve sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. Provide regular reports and insights to clients on performance and recommendations for improvement.

    · Brand Strategy and Positioning: Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, positioning, and differentiation on ecommerce platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders 

    to define brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity. Ensure consistent brand representation across all online channels.

    · Marketing and Promotions: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches to drive traffic and sales. Collaborate with respective teams to develop creative assets, social media content, and advertising strategies to support ecommerce objectives. Leverage data and analytics to optimize marketing efforts and ROI.

    · Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular competitor research and analysis to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for differentiation. Stay updated on industry developments and emerging ecommerce trends to proactively adapt strategies and drive competitive advantage.

    · Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, supply chain, marketing, and creative, to ensure seamless execution of ecommerce initiatives. Coordinate with external partners, such as logistics providers and agencies, to streamline operations and meet client objectives.

    · Customer Experience and Reviews: Monitor and manage customer reviews and ratings on ecommerce platforms. Implement strategies to enhance customer experience, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly. Utilize customer feedback to drive product and service improvements.

    · Performance Tracking and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools and ecommerce platforms' reporting capabilities to track and measure performance against key metrics, such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement. Provide regular reports to clients, highlighting performance insights and recommendations for optimization.

    · Create, update, and manage Asana (PMS) tasks on time.

    · Stay up to date with Amazon Seller and Vendor Central policies, procedures, guidelines, and best practices.

    · Participate in sales and BD exercises on platforms like LinkedIn.

    · Ensures that company guidelines and procedures are strictly adhered to.

     

    Must-have skills:

    – Proven experience in ecommerce account management and/or brand management, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.

    – Skilled with Amazon SC, VC and AMS processes (hands-on experience is mandatory)

    – Should be excellent with MS Excel, Google Spreadsheet, PPT and other reporting tools

     

    Must-have soft-skills:

    – This is a client-facing role, so refined written and verbal communication in English is mandatory.

    – Demonstrated ability to think end-to-end and work on long-term tasks and projects.

    – Ability to prioritize in a high volume and fast paced environment.

    – Ability to connect with various Account managers and use their help for getting better/faster resolutions.

    – Detail oriented and careful.

    – Team player and should be able to manage multiple tasks from various verticals.

    – Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    – Zeal to learn, hustle and grow.
