    Job Description:


    Build and create ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) and Buyer Personas for each target segment

    • Present and demonstrate end-to-end product capabilities to all required point-of-contacts at prospect’s / customer’s end. o Create Solution Document / Business Proposals, respond to RFQs/RFPs and create quick proof-of-concepts / custom demos / integrations to help sales team negotiate contracts and drive deal closures. o Understand the software and tools’ ecosystem of each prospect/customer and come up with most optimal ways of connecting JindalX offerings to them.

    • Assess the customer needs and arrive at the best solution via close collaboration with client’s POCs, sales team, product/technology team, delivery team and partner teams, as required. • Build engaging content that supports the delivery of training programs, such as presentations, simulations, and role-playing exercises.

    • Develop elevator and sales pitches that is highly engaging and persuasive to the target audience

    • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to create high-quality sales collateral, presentations, and playbooks that effectively communicate product value propositions and sales messaging.

    • Work closely with sales leadership to identify training needs and develop customized training plans for sales teams.

    • Design and execute learning programs focusing on “what to sell” and “how to sell” • Work closely with cross functional stakeholders, with a primary objective to ensure exceptional sales performance that achieves sales, retention, and revenue targets



    • Analytical thinking, ability to work with numbers, reports & insights

    • Background in sales enablement, sales coaching/mentoring, sales operations, content creation for sales team

    • Business-focused with a sales oriented and customer-success-driven mindset

    • Previous experience in sales / marketing in a SaaS or B2B technology environment is an added advantage

    • Content creation experience building assets and materials that are both internal and externally facing and can be used by the sales team to facilitate their sales cycle

    • Strategic thinking ability that can take broad vision and develop structured plans of action to drive tangible outcomes
