    Job Description:
    • Understand Refresher needs and Content for effective delivery
    • Maintain reports circle-wise and measure effectiveness post 30 days of conducting refresher
    • Monitor, report and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continually adjust programs as per demand
    • Complete daily tracking, including end-of-day course evaluation and trainee assessments
    • Research product information for each account assigned by attending team meetings and periodic calibrations sessions, side-by-side observations, and call monitoring for training department purposes
    • Establish a relationship with the design team to learn design methodology and become familiar with learner and facilitator guide standards
    • Maintain updated course and training evaluations for management review
    Desired Candidate:
    • Graduation in any stream is required
    • Should be well versed with the Kannada Language
    • Minimum 1+ year of experience as an Assistant Manager – Training or relevant (Outbound Sales Exposure)
    • Proper understanding of MS office, required for maintaining training reports
    • Knowledge and familiarity with training designs
    • Proven understanding of true facilitation and ability to command and engage learners in virtual environments
    • Demonstrated superior communication skills, especially in written and visual formats with the goal of transferring new knowledge and behaviors to learners
    • Demonstrated effective questioning skills and techniques to gauge learner understanding
    • It would be cool if one possess outstanding communication and relationship skills and should be fearless in the ability to facilitate conversations with team leaders in support of building the right fit learning solutions
    • Should be organized, detail-oriented, and have time management down to a science, great follow-through on tasks, and superior organizational skills
    • Should be skilled at conducting training needs analysis, creating learning objectives and content to solve performance gaps and align to business goals
    • Inquisitive, innovative, and resourceful and should be constantly looking for ways to improve upon things
    • Should be confident in your ability to challenge the status quo with the goal of elevating the learning experience and driving performance results for the organization and should also have the ability to interact with clients and represent training function at a process level
