    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    •  Support service line revenues and adoption by collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams
    •  Responsible for service line GTM plans to drive key product outcomes- identifying target audience,
    • marketing mix, forums for participation and lead acquisition
    •  Identification of industry events, webinars, syndication platforms for audience engagement
    •  Craft differentiated service line positioning through customer segmentation and understanding of various buyer 
    • personas
    •  Conduct extensive market and competitive research to identify differentiators
    •  Create sales collaterals and support sales teams as a product expert for customer conversions
    •  Train sales teams on product pitches and measure effectiveness
    •  Drive top of the funnel with thought leadership and product campaigns
    Desired Candidate:

    Skills Required:

    •  Graduate / Post Graduate with 3 to 5 years of BPO/Healthcare product marketing experience
    •  Excellent academic credentials and an MBA (or similar) qualification from a top-tier institution
    •  Understanding of various marketing functions and overall marketing techniques
    •  Excellent interpersonal and management skills to build trust and good rapport with cross functional teams
    •  Good analytical/ problem solving skills, with a data-driven approach and an eye-for-detail
    •  Strong communication skills writing, verbal communication and listening skills are required to interact with senior 
    • management, clients and designers
    •  Proven experience working under strict deadlines and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced 
    • environment
    •  Project management skills to consistently meet deadlines
    •  Strong relationship management skills
    •  The candidate should be a quick learner and should be up to date with current technology trends
