    Job Description:
    • Graduate with a min of 3 years of experience in sales and 18 months of experience as a Sales Team Leader in International processes.
    • Outstanding English communication and interpersonal skills – written & verbal. Should be able to handle Sales talk-offs transferred by agents.
    • We would prefer someone with a neutral or American accent.
    • Proven experience working under strict deadlines and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong relationship management skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PPT) and call centre equipment/software programs.
    • Build regular communication plans with the team; questions, day to day problems, and oversee deliverables for quality and guideline compliance.
    • Responsible for preparing and delivering sales reports to management.
    • To assist the team with sales strategy development and implementation. This includes developing strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure the company maintains a strong presence.
    • Should have Team building, leadership, and motivational skills.
    • Should have done sales before and is passionate about it.


    Desired Candidate:
    • Lead study and dialling strategy.
    • Coach & guide the sales team with scripts & rebuttals to convince potential buyers.
    • Develop objectives for the team’s day-to-day activities.
    • Collect and analyze Sales statistics.
    • Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high sales conversion.
    • Prepare reports & review decks.
    • Collaborates across functions and departments.
    • Measurement and optimization of the program will be required on a regular and ongoing basis.
