    Job Description:We are looking for a disciplined, self-starter and high-performing Ecommerce Ops. executive who has atleast 3 yrs of experience with Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces. Selected candidate will be a key part of our growing team and will become a part of the Marketplaces Operations Team here. Experience: – 3-6 years of experience in Ecommerce domain – Atleast 3 years of hands-on experience with managing Amazon Seller Central account – Should have worked with agency / B2C brands in past Must-have skills: – Expertise with Amazon Seller Central – Should be excellent with MS Excel and Google Spreadsheet Shift timings: Indian working hours. 6 day working Responsibilities: 1. The candidate will be expected to perform tasks related to day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations like: – Case management with marketplace support – Product Listing (incl. Collection Building, Category Management, Product Performance Management) – Daily & weekly QC – Promotions management – Order management – Inventory management (incl. Trend Assessment & Demand Forecasting) – Key Account Management 2. They will be expected to assist with planning, executing, and managing product launches on various ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Cred, Big Basket, Meesho, Walmart etc). 3. Assist during seasonal sales or promotional events. 4. Assist with conducting market, category, and competitor research to identify new trends in the industry or among competitors. 5. Assist with various analysis & reporting tasks. 6. Create/update Asana (PMS) tasks on time. 7. Ensures that company guidelines and procedures are strictly adhered to.
    Desired Candidate:Must-have soft-skills: – Refined written and verbal communication. – Demonstrated ability to think end-to-end and work on long-term tasks and projects. – Ability to prioritize in a high volume and fast paced environment. – Ability to connect with various Account managers and use their help for getting better/faster resolutions. – Team player and should be able to manage multiple tasks from various verticals
