    Job Description:Job Description: As a Data Scientist specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) at Jindal Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging AI/ML models to enhance our revenue cycle processes. Your primary responsibilities will include: 1. AI/ML Model Development: Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning algorithms and predictive models to forecast insurance denial rates, predict propensity to pay for insurance claims, and optimize revenue cycle performance. 2. Data Analysis: Analyze large volumes of healthcare data, including claims data, patient demographics, payer information, and financial records, to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive improvements in revenue cycle operations. 3. Model Evaluation and Optimization: Evaluate the performance of AI/ML models using statistical techniques and metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score. Continuously refine and optimize models to enhance predictive accuracy and reliability. 4. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with stakeholders across various departments, including finance, billing, coding, and IT, to understand business requirements, gather data inputs, and ensure alignment of AI/ML initiatives with organizational goals. 5. Implementation and Deployment: Partner with IT and software development teams to integrate AI/ML models into existing revenue cycle management systems and workflows. Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure seamless implementation and deployment. 6. Performance Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor the performance of deployed models in real-time, identify anomalies or deviations from expected outcomes, and take proactive measures to address issues and maintain model accuracy and effectiveness. 7. Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, healthcare analytics, and revenue cycle management best practices. Identify opportunities for innovation and lead initiatives to explore and implement new data-driven solutions.
    Desired Candidate:Experience and Qualifications: • Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data science, with a focus on building predictive models and applying machine learning techniques to healthcare data. • Proven track record of developing and deploying AI/ML models for revenue cycle management, insurance claims processing, or related areas in the healthcare industry. • Expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, as well as libraries and frameworks for machine learning (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn, PyTorch). • Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, HIPAA regulations, and privacy considerations. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a team environment. • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, creativity, and a passion for leveraging data-driven insights to drive business outcomes
